Challenge Time again, over at 613 Avenue Create; and Team B (my assigned DT) is hosting an "Anything Goes" Challenge.  The twist to this week's challenge is to use PURPLE - paper, ribbon, etc. - on your project.  March 26th is PURPLE DAY in honor of Epilepsy Awareness.  For info go to www.purpleday.org.  I hope you're up for the challenge... you know I was, especially since the twist lends itself to my favorite color!!  LOL

613 Avenue Create Challenge #114 - Anything Goes

Hello family, friends and faithful followers!

Happy March!  I am especially excited this month--- IT'S MY BIRTHDAY (month)!!!  My actual date is March 8th.  I'm truly contemplating doing my first blog giveaway in celebration of my birthday this month.  Stay tuned...Ok, already... I digress... LOL

This week, Team B is hosting the challenge at 613 Avenue Create.  The theme is "Anything Goes w/Optional Aquamarine Twist"!  Should you choose to accept the challenge, and in celebration of March birthdays, your project must include the color aquamarine.  Please be sure to post your finished projects at 613 Avenue Create by 8:00pm on Friday, March 13th.  Here's a little inspiration:

Challenge #111 @ 613 Avenue Create

Happy February Everyone!

It's hard to believe that this month is already half-way done!  Winter is truly making its presence known... chilling us down to our bones!  LOL.  Team B is hosting this week's challenge to create a card, gift, etc. in celebration of Random Act(s) of Kindness day on Feb. 17!!  Now wouldn't it just warm your hearts to receive a RAK gift, card, etc... JUST BECAUSE?!!!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas.  It's hard to believe that we have started a new year already, and winter is here!  I'm looking forward to a healthy, happy, and prosperous new year!

It's been SCANDALous...at SOC!

Greetings Fellow Crafters and Faithful Followers,

It's me again - twice in the same day!  LOL.

I just wanted to drop a little note here to let you know that there is a SCANDAL going on at Scraps of Color (SOC)!  Well, ok, it's not a real scandal, but a relay challenge hosted by the Robert Jackson Digi Group - featuring images/characters from the TV Show "Scandal".  We are currently working on Challenge #7!  Whew, what a relay this has been!  SMH and LOL!

Challenge #102 @ 613 Avenue Create

Happy Holiday Season,

It is hard to believe that Christmas is just around the corner... LITERALLY!!  I can't believe that this holiday season has found me so unprepared, yet again!!  SMH..

In spite of being unprepared for this holiday season, I have managed to carve out a little time to finish a quick DT project for 613 Avenue Create.  This week's challenge - hosted by Team B - is another "Anything Goes w/optional gift packaging twist"!  So appropriate for this season, don't you think?!  LOL.  One of our sponsors for this challenge is Bugaboo Stamps, so be sure to visit the website to see what new holiday images are available, to help you get in the holiday crafting mood!  Here's a little inspiration... using the Celebrate Tag from Bugaboo.

Everything, except the tag, was from my stash/scraps!  Now, that's recycling!!  LOL.
